Support

We read every email. A person replies, usually within a day.

Email support@studiup.app. In the app, You > Help > Email support fills in your app version and phone for you, which helps us fix things faster.

Common questions

How does the free week work?

Your first 7 days are free with everything unlocked, and no card is needed. After that, lessons lock until you choose a plan. Your progress, streak and stats stay saved either way.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them there. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your StudiUp account does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the store you paid. For Apple, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play, open the order in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions and choose Request a refund. We can't issue store refunds ourselves, but email us and we'll help where we can.

I subscribed on another phone. How do I get Pro here?

Sign in with the same StudiUp account, or open You in the app and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you paid with.

Is my progress saved?

Always on your phone. With a free StudiUp account it is also saved to your account, so it moves with you to a new phone. Create one in the app under You > Account.

I think a question is wrong.

After you answer, tap the flag next to the explanation and pick what looks off. Every report is read, and the question is fixed or removed.

Does StudiUp predict my score?

No. StudiUp shows what you have practiced (questions answered, accuracy and your weakest topics). It never predicts or promises a score.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: You > Account > Delete account. You can also ask without the app: see Delete your account.
